One of the biggest things our customers asked us was “How can I get more spending power?”
For Zip.co, Spending Power was evaluated on a customer-by-customer basis, and because a lot of our users had sub-prime credit, they often didn’t have a high dollar amount to spend with us.
For the 2022 Holiday Shopping Season, Risk was able to re-evaluate some users in good standing and history and we were able to share some good news: an increase to their Estimated Spending Power with us, just in time for The Holidays.
